Ms. Cooper has over 23 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations. She is responsible for the development of in-house employee hiring, training and retention as well as overseeing work safety, policies and procedures and benefits and compensation administration. Throughout her career, Ms. Cooper has been actively involved in re-engineering efforts with human resources processes.
Ms. Cooper earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology/Human Resources from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Associate Degree in Clerical/Office Management from Middle Tennessee University, Murfreesboro, TN. She also holds a variety of diplomas and certifications from industry specific independent studies, organizations and societies. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Who’s Who in Professional Management and a lifetime member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.
